Defective Items or Order Issues:
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. If you believe you've received a defective item or there are discrepancies, contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Returns Overview:
- We offer store credit for returned items, provided in the form of a discount code sent via email. Unfortunately, we cannot issue cash refunds.
- Items must be returned within 15 days from the date of shipment.
- Discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return.
- Returned items must be unwashed, unworn, and unused.
- Include your order number with the return.

Shipping and Processing:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless there was an error on our part.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for our team to process your return once it reaches our warehouse.

Size Issues:
If you encounter size problems with your order, we ask that you cover the shipping costs to return the item to us.
